Over her career, she has developed and executed global market access strategies for medical device and diagnostic solutions, from assessing novel technologies, launching commercialized products throughout the product life cycle, and obtaining coverage and payment for devices in pre-market clinical trials. Her current role is as Founder of Wide Horizons Consulting LLC, a boutique market access & reimbursement consulting company focusing on early-stage MedTech companies. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an MBA in marketing, and Tulane University with a BSM in finance, and is a Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellow.

• ​Peter Olcott is a principal at First Spark Ventures (FSV), specializing in early-stage investments. With over 20 years of experience in electrical and software engineering, algorithm design, and biomedical innovation, he thrives on diving deep into new technical fields. Peter has developed three groundbreaking medical devices: an intra-operative gamma camera, a PET-MRI brain insert, and SCINTX, a PET-guided radiotherapy system. His contributions to Alzheimer's and cancer care include 150+ publications and 34 issued patents across semiconductor devices, compressed sensing, analog front-end readouts, and novel optical applications.
