A conversation format is a scalable and repeatable structure for bringing people together to learn. 🤩
They can support: systemic change, organizational development and learning, skills transfer, upskilling, deep personal development, and more.
In this session, we will explore what conversation formats are, how they are created, and practitioners' tips to create them successfully. 🌱
This session is designed for facilitators, coaches, experience designers, learning designers, leaders, and entrepreneurs who want to scale adult development, learning, and change.
Together we will dive into what has worked and what is needed in the future to design successful conversation formats. We will explore:
Scaling—The bigger the group the more challenging it is for the facilitator to ensure that everyone has a meaningful and personally relevant experience.
Flexibility—Learn about adding clear structures and rules that ultimately will allow you more flexibility to meet people where they are.
Autonomy—How can learning spaces be examples of flat, lean, and autonomous cultures? What does it mean to give more trust as a facilitator?
