AMRI JOHNSON
Amri B. Johnson is the author of "Reconstructing Inclusion," and host of the Reconstructing Inclusion podcast. As an inclusion strategist, he helps organizations create cultures where inclusion becomes normative and transformative. Through his consultancy, Inclusion Wins, he guides teams beyond compartmentalized DEI toward psychologically safe environments that foster integration, immersion, principled instigation, understanding interests, and interdependence.
His Emergent Inclusion Framework™ weaves inclusion seamlessly into business operations while recognizing diversity in both demographics and human experiences. Corporate leadership experience and insights from thought leaders have shaped his approach to building organizational "antifragility"—enabling companies to grow stronger through challenges rather than despite them.

CATHERINE PRIESTLEY
As a scientist with a passion for making ideas resonate, Catherine Priestley has spent 25+ years translating breakthrough science into stories that move people — and businesses — to action.
With a PhD in Biomedical Science and a career spanning global pharma, biotech, and health innovation, she's led high-impact communications and corporate affairs across the entire medicine lifecycle — from early discovery to global launch and lifecycle management. Her work has shaped reputations, built trust, and connected complex science to strategic outcomes in areas like oncology, cardiovascular, immunology, respiratory and vaccines.
But what truly drives Catherine is helping teams find clarity in complexity — whether guiding investor confidence, navigating transformation, or breaking down healthcare barriers. She has worked across research, science policy, internal culture, and investor relations, and she brings a deep understanding of how to unite diverse voices around purpose. She's known for building and mentoring inclusive, high-performing teams — and for leading with curiosity, empathy, and a relentless focus on real-world impact.
Now, she's focused on partnering with purpose-driven organisations to amplify their influence and scale their impact — through bold communications, aligned strategy, and the power of story. Whether in the boardroom or on the front lines of innovation, she believes science deserves a voice that resonates — and inspires change.
