​Meet Your Host: Thaniya Keereepart

​Born in Thailand, raised on airplanes, Thaniya calls Brooklyn NY her emotional home and Lisbon her dream home. She is a polymath explorer in ideas, dialogues, and adventures. On paper she helps tech-enabled companies scale to great heights. In real life she’s most likely found surfing in Caparica or nerding out about all matters of design ethics and AI. Her current obsession is all things related to breath.

​In this social pod dinner, Thaniya will host a discussion in the spirit of sharing the realms of personal beliefs, challenging societal norms, and expanding the boundaries of our understanding. This dinner is an opportunity to uncover diverse perspectives in our community, and engage in captivating discussions that challenge our assumptions and encourage us to think critically.

The intention is to create an evening of deep conversations and newfound insights!

​Menu For the Evening

​The dinner will be dropped off by OneThousandClub's chef Sebze Lisboa. Sebze Chef Alexandra Ryan will be providing a three-course Turkish inspired feast. After living in Istanbul for six years, Alexandra launched Sebze as a way to bring her favorite recipes to the Lisbon community. Meal will include:

​​​A spread of Turkish mezes: from uniquely flavored hummus’ to baba ghanoush and Sebze’s famous acuka (tomato, pomegranate & walnut dip), you can count on creamy, authentic dips and warm flatbread to start!

​​​​Primarily plant-based mains: Changing weekly but always inspired by a range of Mediterranean to Middle Eastern spices, a rainbow of seasonal vegetables, ancient grains and savory sauces.
