JULY COMM CONVO: BEYOND THE METRICS

Demonstrating value as biopharma communicators determines our seat at the table and our function's future. We're strategic partners converting enterprise objectives into communications wins while justifying every budget line and headcount request. Yet the challenge of proving impact often comes with mixed signals from leadership and pressure to show immediate returns on long-term relationship building. This Comm Convo opens a candid discussion about how we define, measure, and communicate success in ways that build lasting organizational trust.

WHY ATTEND

  • Share strategies for presenting communications impact to finance teams and executives who need both numbers and narrative to support continued investment.

  • Exchange approaches for converting broad business goals into specific communications metrics that clearly connect our work to company performance.

  • Discuss methods for combining data-driven reporting with compelling storytelling when making cases for resources and strategic positioning.

  • Consider how different success frameworks can strengthen our function's credibility and secure sustained leadership confidence.
