About Jayme Johnson

Jayme is CEO of Worthy Marketing Group, a boutique agency she founded in 2011 that supports top entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and coaches with the launch of their brands, nonfiction books, and online programs.

For over ten years, WMG has been privileged to work with some of the world’s top authors and thought leaders to launch their books and grow their brands. Luminaries like Brené Brown, Gretchen Rubin, David Bach, Eric Ries, Shawn Achor, Mikkel Svane, Susan Cain, Jonathan Fields, Laura Vanderkam, and many more are among WMG’s clients.

With nearly twenty years of experience working with authors in a variety of functions, Jayme started her career as a founding team member of The Marcus Buckingham Company playing key roles in brand and product development before shifting to working with an award-winning graphic design firm where she honed her skills in branding, print, and web design disciplines.

Then, pursuing her dream to live in New York City, Jayme gained experience on the publishing side of the business working with NYC-based literary agency Fletcher & Co. before “hanging her own shingle” to assist author clients with their book launches as a freelance marketer. As work demand grew, Jayme saw the need to formalize an agency and Worthy Marketing Group was born. Her woven tapestry of experience provides WMG’s clients and team with an unparalleled perspective and expertise.

Jayme lives in Atlanta with her husband Matt and seven children—two human, four fur, and one fin. 🙂 Outside of WMG, Jayme advocates for racial and social justice issues, enjoys kitchen dance parties with her kids and belting out her favorite hits.
