What We’ll Cover

💬 Why traditional networking advice doesn’t work for introverts

🛠️ How to build a network without small talk or self-promotion

🔥 Simple actions that don’t require performative extroversion

Target Audience:

This mid-senior women in tech looking for realistic, energizing steps to take toward networking as an introvert. Whether they’re starting a side hustle, pivoting, or just craving connection.

Speaker Information:

Hello, fellow introvert,

I've spent over a decade in tech as an engineering leader, UX researcher, and VC-backed founder before I realized I was done forcing myself into career paths that didn’t fit and I was so exhausted for it.

Now, I help mid-to-senior women in tech figure out what path feels alive for them, without spending their whole life at the laptop.

I am a career coach, leadership strategist, and big fan of creating a flexible, freedom-filled career. After spending over a decade in tech leadership, I swapped the 9-5 grind for a location-independent portfolio career and to my surprise, it replaced my tech salary within a year. Currently, it looks like coaching and consulting. Previously, it looked like engineering and chocolatiering (with dumpling making and audiobook narration on the side).

I help women in tech build careers that align with their values to bring them freedom and creative fulfillment. My approach is fun, warm and real, blending practical leadership strategies with actionable insights to help my clients fall back in love with their careers.
