Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled class.
A $75 transfer fee will apply to cover the cost of materials and preparation for your original booking.

Transfers can only be made once per booking. Subsequent cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
Refund request must be made at least one week before the class start date.
A refund will only be processed if we are able to fill your spot.
Refunds will be issued minus:
A 10% booking fee to cover transaction costs.
A $45 administrative fee to cover staff time required to manage the cancellation and rescheduling
If we are unable to fill your spot, the refund will not be processed and the original booking terms will apply.
Transfers Requested Within 24 Hours
Transfers requested within 24 hours of the class start time are not eligible due to the significant preparation and setup involved, making it difficult to fill the spot at such short notice.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the booking. These are not eligible for a transfer or refund.
