Dysgwch sut gall ennill y wobr Buddsoddi mewn Gwirfoddolwyr greu amgylcheddau galluogol ar gyfer gwirfoddoli deniadol a chynaliadwy.

Bydd y sesiwn ddwy ran hon yn ymdrin â phopeth sydd angen i chi ei wybod er mwyn penderfynu a yw’r dyfarniad Buddsoddi mewn Gwirfoddolwyr yn iawn i’ch mudiad.

  • Yn rhan un, bydd mudiadau yn dysgu am egwyddorion Buddsoddi mewn Gwirfoddolwyr, y gwerth y bydd mudiadau a ddyfernir yn ei gael drwy’r daith ac yn cael eglurder ar beth yw’r camau nesaf i ddechrau ar eu taith Buddsoddi mewn Gwirfoddolwyr.

  • Yn rhan dau, gwahoddir mudiadau sydd eisoes yn cynnwys gwirfoddolwyr rhwng 11 a 25 oed (neu’r rheini a hoffai wneud hynny) i ddysgu am sut mae dyfarniad Buddsoddi mewn Gwirfoddolwyr yn ychwanegu gwerth, yn enwedig i brofiad gwirfoddoli pobl ifanc.

Mae gwirfoddolwyr heddiw ac yfory yn gyfranwyr allweddol i wireddu gweledigaeth eich mudiad. Trwy fuddsoddi yn eich gweledigaeth am wirfoddoli a chreu rhaglenni a phrosesau gwirfoddoli o ansawdd uchel, gellir gwella’r gallu i recriwtio gwirfoddolwyr a chynnal cydberthnasau â gwirfoddolwyr dros yr hirdymor yn aruthrol.

This two-part session will cover everything you need to know to decide if the Investing in Volunteers Award is right for your organisation.

  • In part one, organisations will learn about the principles of Investing in Volunteers, the value that awarding organisations achieve through the journey and be clear on what the next steps are to starting their Investing in Volunteers journey.

  • In part two, organisations that are already involving volunteers from the age of 11 – 25 years (or those that would like to) are invited to learn about how the Investing in Volunteers Award adds value specifically to the volunteering experience for young people.

Your volunteers of today and tomorrow are key contributors to delivering on your organisation’s vision. By investing in your vision for volunteering, building high quality volunteer programmes and processes, the ability to recruit volunteers and maintain volunteer relationships over the long term can be drastically improved.
