[2 CPD Hours, 13 Jul] IHRP-Growth Collective SG: Growth Circles
In the NTUC Learning Hub’s Special Report on Mental Wellness at the Workplace*, 61% of employees expressed discomfort in discussing well-being, highlighting the lack of understanding and the lack of open communication as challenges at work. HR therefore plays a crucial role in balancing employee needs and concerns, while prioritising business outcomes as a strategic partner.
One way that HR and organisations can better promote transparent and open communications regarding changes and challenges at work is by leveraging Growth Circles. Growth Circles are support groups that provide psychological safety for participants to improve their mental well-being and people skills, and in the course of it, boost their self-care, relationships and career prospects.
