As our global economy faces rapid technological, demographical, and economic changes, these evolving trends have catalysed industry transformation and accelerated the need for enterprises to evolve. In the face of these changes, there is a need for HR to play a more strategic and progressive role in driving enterprise and workforce transformation.
Join us for this Forward SG conversation under the Empower Pillar, as we seek to tap on Human Resource (HR) leaders and professionals' experience to gain insights on how we could strengthen HR capabilities to support enterprise and workforce transformation, and how HR could be empowered to play a key role in enterprise transformation.
