Inner Child Art Nyte is a space for your inner child to run free – no matter what your adult self has to say about it. 🧒
It's a place of expression, connection, togetherness, and play – all through a creative lens. 🧿
A co-created experience of wonder and laughter. ✨
A night for you to relax, let loose, and use all the colors in the crayon box (even the weird ones). 🖍️
Hosted in a cozy home environment in Williamsburg, together we’ll draw, paint, color… whatever your inner child feels inspired to do. This is a night of connecting with your inner creative self – and expressing from that beautiful place. 🖼️
We will provide plenty of art supplies, and you are welcome to bring any that inspire you, as well! 🖌️
We begin with a guided meditation, leading into facilitated art making time. Then, we have an opportunity to connect, via prompts and exercises - all lovingly designed to get you in touch with your most wonderful, playful, expressed self.
You can expect to leave refreshed, connected, uplifted - & of course, deliciously playful.
Feel free to come dressed as your inner child requests (e.g. pajamas, polka dots, sequins, a silly hat 🧑🎤) – or just as you are! –
Light refreshments will be provided.
Show up open, curious, and ready to step into a space of playful self-expression. 🎊

Facilitator & Co-Producer:
Nasimeh B.E. is an artist, facilitator, and coach based in Brooklyn. Her work has been seen in places as diverse as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, on Buzzfeed and UpWorthy, and in the pages of The Rumpus and The Razor. Also a trained Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and improviser (UCB), she creates work and experiences at the intersection of mindfulness, mental health - and play. Mike Fowler is a guide for transformational experiences offering 1:1 counseling integrating somatic therapy, coaching, guided meditation, and spiritual direction.
