Community Connections is a monthly live call for the next 3 months, curated for community members around a shared experience - and in this case - a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s. Given my own experience with Hashimoto’s, I know how challenging the journey of navigating it alone can be, and I’ve found solace in the support of having a community around me. We are hoping to offer the same through Community Connections.

While I will be moderating the group, you can think of this as a space to share, connect, and learn from and with your fellow community members in a safe and intimate setting. The meetings will not be recorded and what is discussed will be kept confidential. You don’t need to prepare anything - all you need to do is show up!
