​​​On October 27th and 28th, Neo, in collaboration with Cyberport, Web3Labs, and Invest Hong Kong, will present a two-day event titled "HK Web3 Evolution." This event serves a dual purpose: celebrating the one-year milestone of Hong Kong's progressive Web3 policies and hosting the grand finale of the Neo APAC Hackathon. Set to unfold at Cyberport, Hong Kong, a vibrant ecosystem for Web3 enterprises, the event promises to be a significant convergence of key players in the Web3 industry.

Riding the wave of Hong Kong's active support and the burgeoning atmosphere of Web3 development, the event will have a keen focus on interpreting Hong Kong and Pan-Asia policies, exploring the future trajectory of the Web3 industry, facilitating partnerships and collaborations, bridging capital with technology, and providing a stage for the shortlisted teams of the Neo APAC Hackathon to compete for the grand prize.

​All 10 winning teams from the 5 City GAS Stations will be invited to the Hong Kong Finale. Additionally, 10 more teams will be shortlisted from online submissions and granted $1,000 in travel support to attend.

​The 20 teams will compete for the final grand prize: $10,000 for each of the 5 tracks.

​Neo will also be scouting projects with the potential to receive further post-hackathon grants, totaling $1 million.

Participants under the age of 18 cannot register for the Hackathon.

Alcoholic beverages may be provided during the networking time. However, the consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited. If any underage individuals are found consuming alcohol, they will be immediately asked to leave by the event organizers.
