This is a mid-level vinyasa practice linking breath to movement. This practice begins with meditation and pranayama. Our class will incorporate an intentional mobility warmup leading into a dynamic flow with the option of inversion practice. We end with a static cooldown encouraging deep awareness as we stretch. The class focuses on hip mobility, strength, and pelvis alignment
