We invite you to come sit with us at our very first farm-to-table experience: One Table, Many Roots, a dinner celebrating the powerful intersection of African and Vietnamese culinary traditions.
This one-night, chef-led event takes place on the land where the ingredients are grown. Through a curated 7-course, chef-led, family-style dinner, we’re bringing together two rich food cultures, African and Vietnamese, to honor flavor, identity, and the power of gathering.
Chefs Fatou Ouattara and Thuy Pham will take you on a flavorful journey through seasonal dishes inspired by their roots. The evening will also feature live music, a self-guided farm tour, and dining under the open sky with communal round table seating to spark meaningful connection and conversation.
We’re proud to donate a portion of proceeds to Growing Gardens for their work towards a more equitable food system.

Price includes food, beverages, gratuity, and fees
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event but may be transferred to another guest
Dinner will be held rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for outdoor farm conditions
Menus are seasonal and not shared in advance
This event will be documented through photos and video for promotional purposes
Dietary Information
Due to the family-style nature of this event and to offer the highest quality experience, we can only guarantee accommodations for Vegan requests (for the main course) and nut allergies. Please notify us in advance if you require either of these accommodations.
Miscellaneous Policies
Animals: No pets, including Support Animals, are allowed anywhere on our working farm including left inside vehicles. Only ADA-certified service animals are permitted. ADA Service Animal information can be found here.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the farm.
Age Restriction:
For everyone's enjoyment and due to the atmosphere, curated cuisine, and length of service, this dinner experience is for adults only.
