Beginners Handbuilding - Thursday Evening's

​***Special notice, we are extending our next levels term classes to an exciting 8weeks of classes, you will have the option to join in an extra two classes at a special discounted rate should you choose, or you can enjoy our introductory 6-week beginners class as scheduled. You do not need to decide now but if you happen to fall in love with clay and want to have some extra making you may let us know at any time throughout the term.***

​In just six weeks, you will learn techniques like pinching, slabbing, coiling, and decorative techniques that will help you turn your vision into a reality. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the process, and you'll be amazed at how quickly you develop your skills.

​And that's not all - the excitement doesn't end with the making.

​Our class also includes preparing works after the first firing, the magical art of glazing, and an exciting show-and-tell event to showcase your masterpiece's to your classmates and friends and bask in the glory of your success.

​In our Handbuilding 6-week term class, we've got you covered when it comes to materials, from the clay to the glaze and firings, everything you need is included.

​All you need to bring is a smile and an open mind for creativity, and we'll take care of the rest.

​​Payment plans are available but classes book out quickly so please contact Karla Marie asap to arrange.

​​Tuition is non-transferable once the term has commenced.

​​Clay, tools and firing fees are included in classes unless otherwise stated.

​​Refund Policy

​​If you need to cancel your class for any reason please contact us asap so that we may attempt assist you in finding a replacement for your seat in the class. Whilst we will do our best to accomodate, we cannot guarantee refunds.

​​No refund will be given if your cancellation occurs within 1 week of the class starting date unless a suitable replacement can be found.

​​Non-attendance

​​If you are unable to make a class for personal reasons, bad weather, or illness, we do not offer refunds and cannot guarantee make-up classes. However there will be very limited options for makeup classes thorough the term at a cost of $60 per session.

​​Karla Marie Ceramics Limited reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrolment. A full refund will be issued if this is the case.

​​Karla Marie Ceramics Limited reserves the right to change the tutor stated for the class at any given time, however we will endeavour to let students know ahead of time.
