Bob Crimmins is the founder and General Partner of Startup Haven Ventures. He holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Washington and two Bachelor's degrees from California State University (Philosophy and Humanities). Bob's technology journey began in 1978 when he wrote his first BASIC program on punch cards. In 2006, he established Startup Haven Ventures, linking over 2,300 venture-scale founders and investors across North America. As a passionate self-starter, Bob has co-founded four venture-backed companies and mentored hundreds of startup founders, including graduates from top accelerator programs, with the mission to empower aspiring entrepreneurs and foster innovation.
Xin Huang is the founder and CEO of Restmesh, an AI-based offline merchant and user service platform with 1,000,000 users and provides services to over 400 merchants. Xin holds a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University and brings a wealth of experience from his 7-year tenure at Microsoft Research Asia and the Xbox department at Microsoft's headquarters in the United States. Prior to leading Restmesh, Xin held significant roles as the Chief Technology Officer at Basefount and Principal Engineer at EnvelopVR, where he provided crucial technical support for renowned games like "Call of Duty," "Halo," and "Madden NFL."
