John Edwards, VP of Healthcare Solutions and Domain Consulting, SoftServe
With 30 years as a consultant and filling operations roles in provider, payer, and health tech companies, John helps his healthcare clients in the areas of strategy, product roadmap, and operational efficiencies. His specializations include artificial intelligence, data warehousing, analytics, provider/payer alignment of incentives, population health, and omnichannel customer experience.
Peter M Burns, Director of Healthcare Solutions and Domain Consulting, SoftServe
Peter has been serving the healthcare industry for over 25 years in a variety of roles from EHR system developer to VP of Product in the claims revenue cycle. He is currently focused on solution leadership, addressing business problems with new advancements in technology and progressing the industry toward value-based care.
Chuck Panaccione, Executive Director and Head of Data Strategy, Science and Services, Otsuka Precision Health
Based out of Boulder, CO, Chuck brings a wealth of strategic operations and engineering experience from previous roles at Davita Kidney Care, ION Clean Energy, Pearson North America and the National Center for Atmospheric Research. His previous work includes using AI to engineer semiconductors and thin film coatings, autonomously run carbon capture processes at refineries, create personalized dialysis prescriptions using AI and assess patients’ mental wellbeing using NLP. Chuck holds Master's degrees in both Statistics and Computer Science from Colorado State University with a robust skill set that includes Artificial Intelligence, Program Management, Machine Learning Operations and more. Chuck contributes valuable insights to the healthcare industry helping to advance patient health outcomes. In his free time, he loves to ride and race his gravel bike, cook and tend to his garden. He has a daughter currently attending UC Berkeley
