Join life coach Gabrielle Treanor for an evening of wellness and compassion as she discusses, The 1% Wellness Experiment.

The 1% Wellness Experiment challenges you to enter into a month-long experiment: use 1% of your day for 1 month to focus on you. The micro-gain challenges in the book are designed to improve your mood and increase your happiness without, crucially, taking up your valuable time.

Hosted by Nutritional Therapist and founder of Amaranth Bramhall, Joanne Hill, you can expect an evening of mindful change and conversation.

Plus every ticket includes a copy of Gabrielle's book which she will sign and dedicate on the night.

About The 1% Wellness Experiment

You don't need to devote hours to work on your wellbeing: you can improve your life by taking just 1% of your day to focus on your mental and emotional health.

There are 1440 minutes in every 24 hours, subtract the optimal 8 hours of sleep and you're left with 960 minutes. 1% of those 960 minutes is just under 10 minutes.

This book challenges you to enter into a month-long experiment: use 1% of your day for 1 month to focus on you. The micro-gain challenges in the book are designed to improve your mood and increase your happiness without, crucially, taking up your valuable time.

Challenges include establishing boundaries and saying no, dealing with your inner critic, overcoming anxiety and comparison.

About Gabrielle Treanor

Gabrielle Treanor is a coach, author, writer and podcaster supporting introverted, sensitive women who have or think they might have ADHD, to feel calmer, lighter and more joyful.

Gabrielle is the author of The 1% Wellness Experiment, writes for and has been featured in magazines such as Psychologies, Red, The Simple Things and The Happy News, and she has an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology. About your host: Joanne Hill

Joanne is a Nutritional Therapist and the founder of Amaranth Wellbeing, a renowned health and wellness store in Bramhall and online.
