GTMDialogues: Bengaluru SaaS Meetup (Invite Only!)

​For this edition of the SaaS Founder Meetup, we will going deep into the topic of Customer Success and guide how to start building the function during the early days. We have two great speakers to talk on this topic:

​One first speaker is Lalit Bhise, CEO and Co-founder, Bizom. Bizom is Series A+ funded SaaS company and provides retail intelligence platform for brands and B2B retailers. With over 350 CPG brands, enterprises and companies as its customers, Bizom powers the trade of every third retail store in India. Lalit is an enterprise mobility veteran with 20 years of experience in building products and is particularly passionate about CS function and will be sharing his journey as a founder in building the CS function.

​Our second speaker is Nilesh Chhajed, Founder, Propel CS. Nilesh is a founder and customer success leader and have led CS functions at various SaaS startups including Loop Health, LeadSquared and Mobisy. He has been pivotal in building and optimising CS function in various SaaS startups and has seen journeys from very early stages to 25m+ ARR companies.
