  • Naty’s session will cover topics crucial to building sustainable token economies: incentive design, multidisciplinary participation, token design frameworks and tools, web2 versus web3 business models, governance design, and more. 

  • Her session will dive into specific use cases and encourage participation from audience members curious to learn more about token engineering and the courses offered by TE Academy.

  • 11:40 - 12:00, Recap of the morning session in English, with an emphasis on token engineering system design that can apply for to use cases we are exploring with speakers throughout the FtC Pop-Up, including:

    • How value capture & purpose inform action space and incentives, and map to token utility

    • Defining value proposition and purpose in an environment where tokens may be introduced

    • Identifying and defining action space & incentives

    • When is a token useful? When is it necessary? When may it overly complicate processes?

      • Creating value

      • Aligning incentives

      • Creating structure

      • Activating action

  • 12:00 - 13:00, Break into small groups to workshop applying these principles to real-life use cases facilitated by speakers from throughout the Designing for Future Economies Pop-Up

  • 14:30 - 15:30, Workshop on collective intelligence in decision-making, providing an interactive experience modeling consensus-building in self-governing communities
