As Head of AI & Customer Experience at Banco do Brasil, she led a team of 100+ to modernize one of Latin America’s largest banks. Later, as Director of Data Intelligence for the Brazilian government, she helped transform digital services for 143 million citizens - earning Brazil a World Bank ranking as the world’s #2 digital nation.
Emmanuelle believes leading with clarity, empathy, and boldness and is driven by the idea that innovation is only meaningful when it improves lives.
