Flowstate Fridays is a quiet, time-boxed space to do deep, distraction-free work alongside others. It’s part productivity sprint, part gentle reset—and it works best when you bring something that matters.

Whether you’re writing, organizing, designing, planning, or catching up on life admin, this session is designed to help you drop in and make real progress.

What to Expect:
- Session intention setting
- Silent deep work sprint (solo work, together)
- Accountability

Bring:
- A clear task or project to work on
- Headphones (if you prefer music while working)
