​Minneapolis Mix & Mingle Networking Event

​Join our signature Females in Food Minneapolis Meet Up to network with other women in F&B while enjoying some light snacks, wine and fun demonstrations.

​We will begin the evening with snacks (aka - amazing charcuterie), wine, and networking including a short demonstration from Nicole Loren on how to design the perfect charcuterie board for your next event.

​We will then be joined by our special guest Erin Tietz (@FasciaFixMN) for a 10 minute neck/shoulder fascia stretch demonstration. No special clothes or equipment needed -- Erin will guide us through movements you can incorporate into your day while sitting at your desk to alleviate pain and tension in your shoulders and neck.
