About Event

Music and dance are deeply ingrained in many cultures, from the moments of unity and hope for South African miners during apartheid to everyday activities in the kitchen and offices around the world.

In workshops, music and dance can elevate the design and bring participants a renewed energy and increased engagement. 🧚‍♂️

In this Facilitation Sandbox, we'll explore the potential that music and dance have for facilitation.

Sharing our stories will inspire others to incorporate these powerful tools into their own practices, thereby enriching the facilitation experience.

In this session we will:

💛 Network and have fun
🤩 Have a hearty conversation about the use of music and dance in facilitation
💡 Learn new ways of including music and dance into your sessions
🎶Create a music resource from different part of the world

The Facilitation Sandbox sessions are not about "experts" and "perfection". They are about trying new things out, pushing beyond the comfort zone, making mistakes, reflecting, and learning with peers. The Sandbox is a testing ground, an experimental arena, and a space for us to hone our facilitation skills as a community.
