About Event

In this session, we'll raise the topic of the importance of creating a never-ending learning experience that incorporates how the individual's mindset is just as important as the experience you create.

But how can we ensure this is realistic? Or feasible?

Look forward to an excellent conversation about the positives and pitfalls of getting to the Nirvana of learning :-)

Hosted by Toby Newman, in this session we will:

💬 Share different perspectives on the neverending learning experience for collective sense-making and advanced thinking on this issue.

🧠 Explore an integrative framework on this topic by identifying its underlying patterns.

💡Put a spotlight on your success stories both as a learner and as a designer of learning experiences for others.

The goal is to better understand how we think about individuals as an integral part of an experience and not simply as remote viewers.

About the host:

With almost 20 years of training and training management under his belt, Toby Newman has gone through several shifts, from classroom to online, from overhead projectors to cloud resources & AI.

Toby's goal has always been to help one person develop; then he can go home happy - if he can help a company develop and be ready for whatever is to come, then even better :-)

His passion is blending learning technology with the learning mindset of individuals to create learning experiences that aim to keep people 'ahead of the curve'.

The Facilitation Sandbox sessions are not about "experts" and "perfection". They are about trying new things out, pushing beyond the comfort zone, making mistakes, reflecting, and learning with peers. The Sandbox is a testing ground, an experimental arena, and a space for us to hone our facilitation skills as a community.
