About Event

What makes facilitation so wonderful is that there is no right way of doing it. 😊

The beauty of the field is that it not only allows but thrives on different approaches and personalities.

In this workshop, two amazing facilitators with two very distinct and different approaches will guide you on a journey to experience the spectrum of facilitation.

Together we will:

🧠 Explore the spectrum of facilitation.

🪄 Experience the magic of how different styles can lead to the same results.

🎭 Play with your own style and uniqueness

About the hosts:

She is the host of the renowned workshops work podcast and curates a global online community of 100 expert facilitators called NeverDoneBefore. Her passion is to deliver a workshop which delivers results through deeply fostered connection, surprise, and a sense of unity among the participants.

Thomas Lahnthaler is a rebel facilitator whose origin is in crisis and conflict management. He uses how experience to work in the intersection between human dynamics, innovation, and disruptive change. Thomas is driven by pushing boundaries, breaking with conventions, and playing with disruption as a key driver for transformational experiences.
