​In this fireside chat, we're taking a closer look at three different facilitator journeys. Daniela, Oana and Lukas will give us a glimpse into their career path and will share their experience with: 

  • ​Starting down this path

  • ​Their learning process

  • ​How did they build their confidence and facilitation style

  • ​How did they land their first job/ clients

  • ​What were the challenges they needed to overcome

  • ​And how they are keeping competitive in the ever-growing facilitation market.

Meet the panelists:

Combining her background in performing arts and her work across several industries, from Education, SaaS and Real Estate to Entertainment and Hospitality, Daniela Ruiz found in Facilitation a way to utilize all her skills to make a greater impact in the world. She loves designing learning experiences for teams that unleash their collective intelligence and human potential and she thrives in ever-changing environments. As a standup comedian, she knows how to read a room and pivot when needed.

Lukas Liebich is a former Accenture management consultant, and currently a business facilitator for senior leaders.
In his role, he leads teams delivering business workshops around the world (From Austin, Texas to Lucerne, Switzerland and Dubai, UAE). He also runs an internal community for facilitators and is responsible for raising interest in workshoppig within the MSD (an American pharma company, known as MERCK in the US and Canada). He posts daily on LinkedIn on the topics of Collaboration, Creativity and Communication.
Lukas is based in Prague, Czech Republic and enjoys heavy metal, as well as Britney Spears.

Oana Calugar is an Agile Coach & OKR Coach and Facilitator. She guides her work and engagements with the groups she works with, with the principle: “Simplicity – the art of maximizing the amount of work not done – is essential.”- one of the principles of the Agile Manifesto.

She loves to design workshops and experiences that create a safe space for teams to grow, decide, collaborate and find solutions to wicked problems, together.
