โ€‹The real question is, how do you handle these moments? How can you realign your focus and maintain a state of mindfulness throughout the day?

โ€‹Our next Facilitation Sandbox host, Valeriia, is eager to share with you a handful of simple yet powerful solutions that can effortlessly become part of your daily life, empowering you to make the most of each moment. ๐ŸŒŸ

โ€‹In this experimental session, we will:

  • โ€‹Create space for self-reflection

  • โ€‹Explore techniques to apply in daily life to regain focus and inner balance

  • โ€‹Play with user-friendly tools that facilitate mindfulness


โ€‹About the host:

โ€‹Valeriia Forostianova is a Training Facilitator, Project Lead for L&D Shakers Marketplace, and a dedicated practitioner of Mindfulness and Yoga for over 13 years.


โ€‹The Facilitation Sandbox sessions are not about "experts" and "perfection". They are about trying new things out, pushing beyond the comfort zone, making mistakes, reflecting, and learning with peers. The Sandbox is a testing ground, an experimental arena, and a space for us to hone our facilitation skills as a community.
