This three week series is designed to help you understand the practice of face yoga and feel empowered to create a personal routine!
Week One: Learn the History of Face Yoga
Week Two: Understand the Three Facial Zones
Week Three: Designing a Personal Practice
Each week will start with an introduction of attendees, and a centering and grounding face yoga practice. We will then move into an educational and interactive workshop, and finish with time for Q&A.
