​Lisa Muccio is the co-founder and COO of The Pitch podcast, and General Partner at The Pitch Fund & Syndicate.

​You've probably heard of The Pitch - a groundbreaking podcast where real founders pitch real investors for real money.

​Now in it's 10th season with over 10 million downloads, The Pitch peeks behind the curtain at the fundraising process. Each episode is a broadcast of a highly-vetted startup founder pitching to a panel of seasoned investors. Think Shark Tank, but with less dramatic music.

​Investors on the show include legends like Charles Hudson (Precursor Ventures), Cyan Banister (Long Journey Ventures), Mac Conwell (RareBreed Ventures), and Elizabeth Yin (Hustle Fund).

​The Pitch podcast went through a wild journey, going from a passion project to being acquired by Gimlet Media (and later Spotify).

​In 2022, Lisa and Josh took The Pitch independent again, joined Vox Media, and launched The Pitch Fund. 

​The Pitch Fund enables listeners of the show to invest in startups featured on the show. Through the fund, Lisa helps democratize access to startup investing while providing capital and support to high-potential early-stage companies.
