Byddem yn gwerthfawrogi eich mewnwelediadau ar y cam tyngedfennol hwn yn y gwaith o ddatblygu adnewyddiad o God Ymarfer Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer Ariannu’r Trydydd Sector. Mae cyfleoedd i chi gymryd rhan wyneb yn wyneb neu ar-lein.
Mae’r ymgynghoriad cychwynnol wedi arwain at set gytunedig o 5 egwyddor ar gyfer y Cod hwn. Nawr, gallwn rannu’r canllawiau manwl sy’n berthnasol i bob egwyddor i gael sylwadau. Darllenwch y canllawiau drafft yma, a rhannwch eich meddyliau a’ch sylwadau drwy’r arolwg byr hwn.
Bydd y digwyddiadau yn cofnodi senarios/astudiaethau achos lle mae cymhwyso’r egwyddorion wedi arwain at brofiadau cyllido ac effaith bositif ar y rheini sydd wedi derbyn grant sector cyhoeddus, neu lle byddai cymhwyso’r egwyddorion wedi newid profiad rhywun a dderbyniodd grant neu atal effeithiau negyddol. Byddant hefyd yn edrych ar sut byddech chi, y sector, yn hoffi gweld y gydymffurfiaeth â’r Cod yn cael ei hannog a’i chymhwyso.
Bydd yr astudiaethau achos/senarios a ddatblygir yn y sesiwn yn cael eu defnyddio i helpu i ddangos pwysigrwydd rhoi’r egwyddorion hyn ar waith a gwella eu hymarfer i reolwyr grant yn Llywodraeth Cymru a chyrff sector cyhoeddus eraill.
Bydd cinio rhwydweithio ar gael o 1.00 pm. Bydd pob sesiwn yn dechrau’n brydlon am 10.00 am ac yn gorffen erbyn 2.00 pm fan bellaf.
We would value your insights at this crucial stage of the development of a refresh of Welsh Government's Code of Practice for Funding the Third Sector. There are opportunities for you to engage in person or online.
Initial consultation has resulted in an agreed set of 5 principles for this Code. We can now share for comment the detailed guidance that underpins each principle. Please read the draft guidance here, and share your thoughts and comments through this short survey.
The events will capture scenarios/case studies where the application of the principles has led to positive funding experiences and impact for public sector grant recipients, or where the application of the principles would have positively changed a grant recipient’s experience/prevented negative impacts. They will also explore how you, the sector, would like to see compliance with the Code be encouraged and applied.
The case studies/scenarios developed in the session will be used to help demonstrate the importance of implementing these principles and improving their practice to grant managers in Welsh Government and other public sector bodies.
A networking lunch will be available from 1.00 pm. Each session will begin promptly at 10.00 am and finish no later than 2.00 pm.
