EchoHer is a global community proving that when women founders rise, the whole ecosystem wins. We champion women and non-binary entrepreneurs, connecting them to capital, mentorship, and strategic partnerships. Through curated pitch events, workshops, and networking, we accelerate growth, fuel innovation, and strengthen a more inclusive startup ecosystem — one that’s ready to welcome an even broader range of voices as we grow.
Rebecca Pan, Founder & CEO @ Trellis
Rebecca hails from Philly and spent eight years in NYC before finding her heart’s home in San Francisco in 2008. As Founder, she guides vision, purpose, strategic direction, people, and partnerships. In her downtime, Bex enjoys reading, exploring San Francisco, parenting her 9-year-old, and advising startups and women entrepreneurs. Fun facts: Bex is a 12-time founder and coworking pioneer since 2009, driven by her mission to create equal opportunities for underserved humans. She has opened 13 coworking spaces across the US and in 2020 joined the fight for climate stability when her smoke detector went off at 3 am during a wildfire.
Trellis: As a team of female, queer, BIPOC, and AAPI founders, meeting people where they are is in our blood. We focus on community and inclusivity. We also pride ourselves on being San Francisco’s premiere hub for climate activism. We believe (and science agrees) that embracing different perspectives leads to greater results. Whether you’re a founder, freelancer, or leading a team, Trellis has a tailored solution for you.
