🎧Show and Tell: "Giving Local Artists their Due Diligence" with Marquise Richards

​Marquise Richards is a podcaster, teacher, activist, and avid music fan. in 2022, he cocreated Due Diligence, an event series that invites fans to discover and dissect the work of an emerging musician.

​”We want to take time with a local artist’s work the same way we engage with a Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, or J. Cole project. This series expands the way we discuss the totality of a project, from the artist to the visuals to the lyrics to their social commentary.”

​Our community's oldest and longest running event is now a weekly event great for learning, getting inspired, and meeting new people!

Every Thursday we gather to hear from members and friends of our community about something they're working on, something they've learned, or something they're interested in.

The best part of S&T is that the collection of talks are often very eclectic, and as we always say, are just the beginning of new conversations.
