The session will be facilitated by Alex Angel, Chief Community Officer at Commsor, our community friends, who will present us with tips and lead a group discussion on:

1. What metrics actually matter when measuring "success" for your community? What things are most important to determine the impact on your organization's goals?

2. What is "good" engagement and how do you report on it? Engagement for engagement's sake isn't what you should aim for -- so how do you set yourself up for success?

3. What do you do when your efforts aren't working? If the data is telling you your hypothesis was incorrect, what are your next steps?

To enable learning and experience sharing among our community members, we bring you DevRelX Community Sessions, hour-long online roundtable discussions.

Each session will be facilitated by a prominent community member and will invite a group of up to 10 professionals to discuss challenges and share insights on various topics.
