Join us for an enlightening and relaxing session with Arya Prasad, a clinical and counselling psychologist (MA) and art-based therapist. With her experience and qualifications, she brings a unique blend of expertise to help you de-stress and rejuvenate through the power of art.

What you will experience: 

  • Introduction & Ice-breaker: Connect with like-minded souls in a warm and supportive environment

  • What Does Relaxation Mean to You?: Explore personal definitions and experiences of relaxation.

  • Unlocking Creativity: What is creativity? Does everyone have it or not?

  • Why Art? Learning the link between art and mind relaxation 

  • Arts-Based Activities: Engage in creative exercises designed to soothe your mind and body, such as:

    • Container of Work-Life Balance: Visualise and balance your commitments

    • Doodling: Engage in stress-relieving, mindful doodling

    • Grounding: Use art to anchor yourself in the present moment

    • Colour Meditation: Experience a calming and meditative colouring session.

  • Ask the Expert: Engage in an interactive session to deepen your understanding and getting answers to your specific concerns
     

  • Share & Connect: Join in the discussion and share your insights with the community

And don’t worry, you don’t need to be a ‘meditation expert’ or ‘creative person’ to learn the practical solutions for finding peace. All you need is–

  • Three to four blank sheets of paper or a blank notebook 📔

  • Colour/ sketch pens or blue/black/red pens 🎨

  • “Let’s conquer calmness” attitude 🥰
