Breaking DePIN: The Physical AI unConference
If you're in infrastructure, DePIN or Physical AI, this is the place to be.
Day 1 features keynotes, debates, and the DePIN Science Fair highlighting top projects in sensors, telecom, compute, energy, AI integration, along with takes on governance, policy, and ethics. Day 2 builds the agenda live with Open Space Technology. No pre-scripted panels, no pay to play. Just high-signal sessions shaped by the people in the room. Bring your best ideas, challenge assumptions, and leave with collaborations you will not find anywhere else.

About the Event
Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) are redefining how we build, operate, and govern critical infrastructure. By combining shared ownership, token incentives, and open participation, DePIN enables cost efficiency, resilience, and rapid infrastructure build out.
This year’s unConference adds a spotlight on Physical AI, exploring how AI-powered systems, autonomous agents, and robots can integrate with physical infrastructure such as sensor networks, compute grids, energy systems, and telecommunications.
While Physical AI will be a key focus, the event will also dive into core DePIN fundamentals including governance models, tokenomics, funding, interoperability, and scaling. Policy, legal, and ethics perspectives will complement the technical and economic discussions.
