As part of the Career Services team at Springboard, an EdTech bootcamp, she helps professionals navigate career transitions with cutting-edge job search techniques. Through her company, 108 Coaching, she also works privately with clients to align their careers with their personal and professional goals.
With a Master’s in Counseling and a passion for helping women in tech break into and thrive in competitive roles, Maria blends practical strategies with a human-centered approach. Based in Miami, she brings a creative edge to career coaching, fueled by her love for design, deep house music, the great outdoors, and pugs.
