Crafting Your Personal Leadership Narrative
We all know how to answer the question, "Tell me more about yourself". Usually, the answer is a list of our work experiences and achievements. But does that convey the deeper essence of who we are?
Learn a simple and powerful storytelling framework that can convey your values, and showcase what drives your leadership (in a way that your CV or resumé cannot). This framework can be used to craft narratives for anyone who wants to lead people, start something new, or create change in the world.
Based on the renowned Public Narrative course taught at Harvard University, we will have a highly interactive session with examples, practice and feedback.
About Public Narrative
Adapted from a renowned course taught by Marshall Ganz at the Harvard Kennedy School, a Public Narrative links three stories of any leader:
Story of Self (What calls me to leadership?),
Story of Us (What values do we stand for as a community?)
Story of Now (what urgent challenge do we need to act on?)
