Join us for a special community day out at the stunning Kennemerduinen Nature Park—packed with fresh air, good energy, and even better people.
We’re going for a scenic walk through the dunes, stopping along the way for fun movement breaks with Ash, breathwork bursts with Cole, and yes—an optional cold plunge in the lake or sea led by Luigi. Expect chill vibes, big laughs, and a solid mix of movement and connection.
