We're excited to host a panel discussion to explore AI’s double-edged role in the climate era. From accelerating climate modeling and optimizing energy systems, to the massive energy demands and social consequences of its infrastructure, our speakers will unpack both the opportunities and the tradeoffs.
How do we harness AI’s potential without deepening inequality, straining resources, or leaving vulnerable communities behind? And how can we influence the systems shaping this technology to consider all impacts? In parallel, does AI create new opportunities to accelerate decarbonization in ways that weren’t possible a decade ago?
Expect diverse perspectives, interactive discussion, and the chance to connect with others who care about building climate solutions that are as just as they are innovative.
