- Overcoming imposter syndrome by honing in on your skills. What skills/sectors are transferable to your past experiences, and how to talk about them.
🌱 Session 3: The Art of Unlearning
- Why the climate job search is different. Expectation setting and taking a step back if things aren’t working. What to keep and what to adapt.
🌱 Session 4: Networking and Getting Started
- How to go about networking and making connections. Actionable insights into building your network.
About Mona:
Like you, Mona Johnson made a few career pivots of her own and understands how challenging it can be to land your first role in a new industry. With a background in counseling psychology, mental health research, and, most recently, career coaching, she didn't think the climate space had a place for her interests and skill sets.
