About the host:
Andreea Ibanescu is a cognitive-behavioural coach and trainer @The Inner View, a UK-based consultancy business in the area of HR and L&D. She considers organisational growth is business driven, AND people-focused.
As such, her mission is to facilitate transformational experiences for people, teams and organisations as a whole, supporting them to reach their objectives through learning.
With a MSc in human resources and organisational psychology, she has helped companies across the world integrate behavioural science and evidence-based practices into business operations.
