Join me for my second installment of the CTW Challenge: 7 days, 7 all-new classes and full week of goal crushing!
June 7-13: Choose between a 7:30am or 9:30am PT daily class time (Sat/Sun class time will be 9AM ONLY), and show up once a day for 1-week to complete my fitness challenge.
REGISTRATION INFO: Select “Register for Entire Series”, and after check-out you’ll automatically be enrolled in the entire week of classes - which daily class you choose to show up to is up to you!
**Can’t complete the 7-day challenge? Feel free to sign up for any individual workout in the series. The Challenge workouts will replace my normal CTWlive classes for the week.**
CTW CHALLENGE ALL-NEW SCHEDULE:
COMPLETED (MON - Legs / Strength)
COMPLETED (TUES - Upper Body Strength)
WED - Glutes & Abs
THURS - Yoga/Stretch/Breath/Recovery w Celebrity Guest Trainer
FRI - Challenge Day
SAT - Full Body Strength
SUN - Full Body HIIT Cardio
EQUIPMENT MUST HAVE: 2 dumbbells and EITHER a second set of lighter weights or a long band
EQUIPMENT PREFERRED: 2 heavy dumbbells, 2 medium dumbbells, 1 long band, 1 mini band, box/step
