This series is meant for those CS Leaders who are building strategy, execution, and measurement within their customer orgs. Whether you have done this before or find yourself in a new position - we all have something to learn from each other.
· Topic introduction by host
· Breakout sessions where you can connect with a small group of peers to discuss the topic and answer questions provided to spur conversations
· Large group discussion where a representative from each small group shares the key insights discussed during their time together
We have two goals with every session:
Did you meet someone new?
Did you take away an actionable idea to implement?
That (and a few other metrics!) is how we judge success for our series.
