Customer success is all about helping customers achieve their own goals through the use of a product. While CS professionals are in many ways the "face of the product," how much control we have over the product really varies.
This put us in a tricky position––balancing our role as a trusted advisor with that of defending our product.
In this panel discussion, we will explore the complex relationship between CS and the product: how to navigate product transparency with advocacy, handling tricky conversations and customer disappointment, as well as personal resiliency that separates CS identity from the product itself.
