About Event

Please join RIDOH to celebrate our collective CHW Roadmap journey since our State’s allied CHWs and partners first launched this project one year ago with WE in the World! Since finalizing our State CHW Roadmap planning document in October of 2023, RIDOH's implementation teams have been diligently advancing the four key components of the CHW Roadmap: CHW Role, Agency, and Leadership; Payment and Sustainability; Person, Place-based Coordination; and Workforce Development for Supervisors and CHWs.

On the afternoon of May 1, 2024 at District Hall in Providence, each of the four CHW Roadmap teams will come together again at this Summit to share their progress, accomplishments, and challenges—while inviting valuable feedback and identifying connection points with other groups and CHWs to propel this work forward.

CHWs are especially encouraged to attend. Please feel free to share this event with others!
