In this 12-hour workshop, we'll explore the emotions of fear, contempt, & sadness and provide an evidence-based approach to living a more balanced emotional life.
This is a donation-based offering to the community, led by CEB Teachers in Training. Suggested donation is $30 - $60
About the Teachers:
Mary Doane
Mary believes that relating peacefully to our minds and hearts is part of healing the world. She is the Supervising Instructor at Zen Caregiving Project and a Certified Instructor of Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT).
Sandy Lam
Sandy, a biotech professional, is drawn to CEB as she believes there's a gentler way to live life when one is able to create space between emotions and how we respond to them.
Tina Dodds
As a Functional Health & Fitness Studio Owner/Practitioner,Tina has witnessed the profound impact emotions have on our ability to create what we want and need in our lives. She believes that individual/collective well-being is a product of the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
