About the host:

Ouss is the CEO & Founder of Miki Island, team coach and associate professor at the National University of Singapore. He has over the last few years spent most of his time working with organizations, leaders and teams to unleash their potential and leverage the power of collective intelligence to create business impact. He believes learning should be a fun, engaging and collaborative process to ensure learners can move from awareness to behaviour change for performance improvement.
